August 09 Clients Results

Revolution Personal Training Studios would like to take this opportunity to update you on what’s been going on over the month of August. As you can see from below, there are some outstanding 12 week transformations. Whether you are a current or past client, if you would like to set a 12 week goal then now is the perfect time as we have approximately 12 weeks until Xmas!

The Paul Morris 250m Rower Challenge
We’re now entering the last month of our rower challenge, and we have in Paul Andrew the new men’s leader. Englishman Paul has taken the lead from Australian Brett. It’s like the ashes all over again! Can Brett reclaim top place or will the Stig come through to win?

In the women’s competition, Emily has closed ground on Jacqui; however, can she take top spot by the end of September?

Fat loss tip

Nutrition is obviously really key when it comes to fat loss. One thing Colin was able to take on board to achieve this great 12 week transformation was that after he'd eaten his dinner he wouldn't eat anything else (he would always eat by 6.30pm).

The key is to understand that each meal should give you enough energy to go about your daily activities and until you need to eat again. How much energy do you need to go to sleep at night?
Also by not eating 3 hours before you go to bed, you will sleep much better as the body is not working hard to digest food. This is paramount to general health as well as fat loss and muscle gain.
